Biography

Phil Dillard is an entrepreneur, educator, business strategist, Lean Startup expert and subject matter expert and practitioner of Waste-to-Value, Circular Economy and Regenerative Economy solutions. As a former naval officer, corporate strategist and manufacturing executive, Phil managed organizational growth, business strategy, fundraising and operations from a number of different angles. He believes in business as a force for good and regularly highlights its ability to drive prosperity and elevate the standard of living globally. He also knows that since one cannot operate a model based on infinite resources inside of a finite system, the existing financial and economic models that drive business today must evolve. 

Phil is the Founder & CEO of Thruline Networks. Thruline Networks is an impact investing and advisory services firm that drives thought leadership, manages projects, builds ecosystems, guides investment for mission driven companies building solutions related to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) and 9 Planetary Boundaries. The firm delivers value in thought leadership, content development, financial advisory, impact advisory, business growth and capital access strategy for early stage and growth companies. Thruline Networks primarily focuses on ClimateTech, Circular Economy, Regenerative Economy, Resilient Infrastructure and Waste to Value solutions that deliver tangible results in financial and impact returns.
