Biography
Amanda Mork is a communications strategist specializing in ambitious scientific ventures. As a lifelong Silicon Valley resident, she developed a specialty in developing plain language narratives to describe complex technologies.
Over the past two decades, Amanda has led go to market for five startups, supported two SaaS acquisitions, and oversaw strategic communication for over $100M in capital raised. She also co-created TEDxSanFrancisco and has supported executive communications for over 100 leaders across MIT Media Lab, NASA Ames, and Stanford University and beyond.
She founded her company Contramore in 2016 to build storytelling models for high growth organizations and companies seeking improve the health of humanity (humans) and planet earth (nature). She has an entrepreneurial spirit and spent her career "learning by doing.”
